What is Wacko about?
At its core, Wacko follows a story that unfolds like this: Thirteen years after the "Lawnmower Killer" killed her sister, high school student Mary Graves and obsessed detective Dick Harbinger are on the lookout for the killer to reappear during the annual Halloween Pumpkin Prom.
What sets it apart is how it treats its comedy and horror elements not as decoration but as the engine of the plot. The tagline — "At last! A motion picture made by, for, and about people.... just like you!" — captures that tone perfectly.
