Inside the story of The Last Days
At its core, The Last Days follows a story that unfolds like this: A mysterious epidemic spreads across the planet. Humanity develops an irrational fear of open spaces that causes instant death. Soon, the world population is trapped inside buildings. As Barcelona descends into chaos, Marc sets off on a quest to find Julia, his missing girlfriend, without ever going outside.
What sets it apart is how it treats its science fiction, adventure, and thriller elements not as decoration but as the engine of the plot. The tagline — "When the world is over, there is still hope" — captures that tone perfectly.
