Son of the Mask plot and story overview
Son of the Mask centers on a premise that unfolds like this: Tim Avery, an aspiring cartoonist, finds himself in a predicament when his dog stumbles upon the mask of Loki. Then after conceiving an infant son "born of the mask", he discovers just how looney child raising can be.
Rather than rushing, the film lets tension build naturally, trusting the audience to keep up. The tagline — "The next generation of mischief." — captures that tone perfectly. For a frame-by-frame breakdown, the dedicated Wikipedia entry and IMDb trivia pages are excellent companions.
