Sci-Fighter

At its core, Sci-Fighter follows a story that unfolds like this: A well-meaning genius creates a virtual reality game that leaves his grandson trapped within when a virus invades. The boy's father (Don Wilson) enters the virtual fighting game in order to combat the virus and save his son before they're both trapped forever.

The pacing rewards patient viewers, layering small details that pay off later. The tagline — "They thought it was just a video game... Now they're fighting for their lives." — captures that tone perfectly. For a frame-by-frame breakdown, the dedicated Wikipedia entry and IMDb trivia pages are excellent companions.

Sci-Fighter is anchored by Don Wilson, Cynthia Rothrock, Lorenzo Lamas, and Daneya Mayid, working under the direction of Art Camacho. Casting is half the battle, and this ensemble pulls its weight.

The script comes from Thomas Callicoat, whose writing keeps the dialogue sharp. You can trace the full credits and filmographies on IMDb and TMDB.
