The premise of Nestor, the Long-Eared Christmas Donkey, explained
At its core, Nestor, the Long-Eared Christmas Donkey follows a story that unfolds like this: Nestor the donkey is a bit of an oddity--his long ears are enough for six donkeys and stretch all the way to the ground. One night, when Nestor is locked out in the cold, he begins to wander the desert.
What sets it apart is how it treats its animation, family, and drama elements not as decoration but as the engine of the plot.
