Hilda and the Mountain King

At its core, Hilda and the Mountain King follows a story that unfolds like this: When Hilda wakes up in the body of a troll, she must use her wits and courage to get back home, become human again — and save the city of Trolberg.

Rather than rushing, the film lets tension build naturally, trusting the audience to keep up. The tagline — "Such is the life of an adventurer." — captures that tone perfectly. For a frame-by-frame breakdown, the dedicated Wikipedia entry and IMDb trivia pages are excellent companions.
