The premise of Dead Horse, explained
Dead Horse centers on a premise that unfolds like this: In a familiar yet uncertain winter forest, an ancient being awakens. The creatures succumb to it's call and are turned into hulks of the same mindless bone. When all are one what happens to those left behind?
Rather than rushing, the film lets tension build naturally, trusting the audience to keep up. The tagline — "One wolf's journey from hunting to becoming the hunted" — captures that tone perfectly.
