The premise of Bikini Beach, explained
Bikini Beach centers on a premise that unfolds like this: A millionaire sets out to prove his theory that his pet chimpanzee is as intelligent as the teenagers who hang out on the local beach, where he is intending to build a retirement home.
What sets it apart is how it treats its comedy, music, and romance elements not as decoration but as the engine of the plot. The tagline — "It's where every torso is more so, and bare-as-you-dare is the rule!" — captures that tone perfectly.
